Welcome to Diversified Property Works. We have a crew that is ready to tackle some of the most difficult projects North West Florida and Southern Alabama can bring to us. We are accustomed to tackling small residential pool demolition jobs to large commercial land clearing projects. We have a whole assortment of equipment ranging from a 4 Ton Bobcat to a 10-ton excavator. We handle residential and commercial tree service, tree removal, land clearing demolition, grading, excavation, forestry mulching, debris hauling, erosion control pond maintenance, and more. I started Tree service when I was 15 with my grandfather not knowing much of anything at the time 5 years later I started my own business and things have blown up! We were established in 2015 this line of work has been in the family for ages we continue to honor the legacy as the demand for more work every day grows we love what we do and do the best we can and treat our customers like family!
